This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the rules for using personal information by Plusvision Trading L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as "Jalinga", the "Company") that may be obtained during the User’s interaction with any websites, products, and services of Jalinga.
1. Collection of General Information
1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), which is posted on the Internet at: https://jalinga.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), as well as other agreements concluded with the User when explicitly stated in their terms.
1.2. By entering into the Agreement, you freely and voluntarily give your written consent to the following methods of processing Personal Data: collection, storage, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, for the purposes established by this Policy, using automated means or without such means at the discretion of the Company.
1.3. This Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions, and the procedure for adoption, execution, amendment, and termination, is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
1.4. The terms and definitions used in this Policy are those provided in the Agreement and other agreements concluded with the User unless otherwise specified in this Policy or arising from its essence. In other cases, the interpretation of the terms used in this Policy complies with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, business customs, or scientific doctrine.

2. Personal Data
2.1. Personal data in this Policy refers to information provided by the User independently when filling out feedback forms and registering for events, including the personal data submitted when creating a User account on the Jalinga Website: https://jalinga.com/ to gain access to web products, as well as data that is automatically transmitted based on the User's software settings, in anonymized form.
2.2. The personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is not considered special or biometric and is provided by the Website User by completing specific forms until the User revokes their consent to the processing of personal data. Depending on the web form filled out by the User, the data may include the following:
- First name and last name;
- Date of birth;
- Contact phone number;
- Email address;
- Organization name (place of work);
- Job position;
- Electronic data (cookies and browser identifier information);
- Information about the User’s activity while using the services.
2.3. Jalinga does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided and assumes that the User acts in good faith, prudently, and makes all necessary efforts to maintain the information in an up-to-date manner and to obtain all necessary consents from the subjects of personal data. Jalinga does not purposefully collect sensitive personal information.
2.4. Jalinga is not responsible for the handling of the User’s personal data by third parties with whom the User interacts as part of using the Website.
2.5. If the User revokes their consent to the processing of personal data by deleting their account from the Jalinga Website, the Company will delete all personal data, information, and materials of such User without the possibility of recovery.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
3.1. Jalinga processes, including the collection and storage of, Personal Data necessary for concluding and executing agreements with the User, as well as for securing its legitimate interests, particularly in the following cases:
- to better understand how the User interacts with Jalinga’s products and services;
- to improve and enhance Jalinga’s products and services in the interest of all Users.
3.2. Jalinga is entitled to use Personal Information for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement and contracts based on it, particularly for processing User requests, informing Users about the registration of a request (studio booking), changes in the request status, registration for events, changes in the status of events (webinars) for which the User has registered on the Website, and for providing access to Jalinga products and services that require authorization.
3.3. All personal information of the User is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with the requirements of applicable law.
3.4. Jalinga has the right to use the necessary technical, functional, and statistical cookies required for the operation of the Jalinga Website, as well as for its products and services, to provide specific functionalities and information about performance and User interaction.
4. Data Protection Requirements
4.1. The confidentiality of Personal Data is maintained, except for public information and other cases where the Website's technology or the User’s software settings allow for open information sharing with other Website Users or Internet users.
4.1.1. Personal data collected during Jalinga account registration is processed automatically without access by Jalinga employees. If access is required by the Company, it is granted only to those employees who need it to perform their tasks. To ensure data confidentiality and protection, all Jalinga employees adhere to internal rules and procedures regarding personal information processing and comply with all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the User’s personal information.
4.2. Jalinga has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties in the following cases:
4.2.1. The User has given their consent, including through software settings that do not limit the provision of certain information;
4.2.2. The transfer is necessary for the User’s use of the Website’s functionality;
4.2.3. In connection with the transfer of the Website to third-party ownership, including the assignment of rights under contracts concluded with the User to such a third party;
4.2.4. Upon request by a court or other authorized state body in accordance with established legal procedures;
4.2.5. To protect Jalinga’s rights and legitimate interests in connection with violations of agreements concluded with the User.
4.3. If the Company cannot associate the information specified in clause 2.2 of this Policy with the Website User (a physical person), the Company will not consider such information to be personal data.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
5.1. This Policy may be amended or terminated by the Company unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy becomes effective upon its posting on the Jalinga Website unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
